Es wird erstmals seit Jahren (bzw. Jahrzehnten :D) auf einem Indie-Label verlegt. Matador Rec. heißen die Glücklichen. Hat jemand hierzu backround Infos? Release Termin? Albumtitel? Gibt es schon einen Track als live Aufnahme? Bei Rather Ripped gab es ja den ein oder anderen Teaser. Bei Sonic Nurse auch (ATP Festival!!). Außerdem hat die Band über ihre HP sonicyouth.com die ersten Tourtermine bekannt gegeben. Und zwar in Deutschland und Österreich!! April 22 Krems, Austria Donau Festival April 23 Munich, Germany Haus der Kunst April 24 Dusseldorf, Germany 3001 Wer fährt hin? In München ist übrigens im Haus der Kunst zur gleichen Zeit eine Gerhard Richter Aussstellung. Das werd ich mir sicher nicht entgehen lassen. Spiele? Bei GH3 gabs Kool Thing - das Lied hab ich noch nie groß gemocht und ich habs entsprechend nicht viel gespielt. Seit heute hab ich RB2 und kann (endlich!) Teenage Riot spielen. Ich habs gerade zum ersten Mal angeworfen und bin sehr verwirrt, teilweise über die Noten die ich spielen soll, teilweise über den Sound (Bei den Spielen ist es üblich die Masterbänder zu nehmen und neu zu mischen, damit es besser zum Spiel passt). Ich höre Noten die mir bislang unbekannt waren und bilde mir hin und wieder ein plötzlich Lees Gitarre statt Thurstons zu spielen. Also, wie siehts aus da draußen, gibts noch andere Fakeplasticrocker im Forum? Würde schlichter und funktionaler werden. Paar Sachen würden wegfallen, Shout Box, Chat, grafische Smilies... im Prinzip würde nur noch Forum bleiben. Ihr könnt ja dort mal einen Account anlegen und euch das anschauen, man kann sich dort unter "Profil bearbeiten" auch wieder löschen. Das ganze wäre einigermaßen suchmaschinen-optimiert, ich würde dann versuchen "Sonic Youth" bzw. "Sonic Youth Forum" bei Google besser zu platzieren. Es gibt dann verschiedene RSS-Feeds. Optisch ist es bbpress ähnlich. Von der Performance wäre es viel schneller... Hab nicht so Überblick, gibt es evtl. Sonic-Youth-Forum Alternativen?
